Privacy rules

This section was created to show our stance on privacy. The following information tells you how your personal data will be processed.

The user's IP address is used to diagnose any problems with our server and to administer our website. It also helps identify and collect broader demographic data. Our website uses cookies to remember your shopping cart and identify you so you do not have to enter personal data every time you visit. We will not share this data with third parties: it may be used internally, but only to improve our services.

The order form on our website gives customers the opportunity to request information about products, purchasing and payment. Visitors' contact details are stored in our database and are used to deliver the order and to send the customer information about our company.

If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we retrieve and store from those services only your name and e-mail address, to create and sign in to your customer account. We do not retrieve or store your profile picture or any other data from those services.

To improve the web shop we record the steps of a visit anonymously (menu view, cart, checkout, order). For this the browser keeps a random session tag for the duration of one visit, deleted when the tab is closed; we do not record the IP address or any personal data, the data is kept for at most 90 days and is never shared with third parties.

We send the newsletter with news and offers only with your consent (a tick box at registration or in your profile, customer club membership, or the sign-up at the bottom of the page confirmed by e-mail). We keep only your e-mail address, language and the time of consent; we also record clicks on links in the newsletter to measure its success, without tracking whether a message was opened. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter or in your profile.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion. Registered customers can permanently delete their account in the "My account" section. Requests can also be sent to info@sarenileptir.hr.

Precautions

This website is protected by security measures against loss, misuse and alteration of data by third parties. The data is protected by the most advanced methods.
